The June/July issue of Commercial Integrator is now available. In it, Serious Audio Video is awarded an Integration Award for the system designed and installed at Boa Lounge, Hoboken. The 3rd Annual Integration Awards generated a record number of entries from around the globe in 11 vertical markets: corporate, government, healthcare, higher education, hotels, house of worship, K-12 education, restaurants/bars/clubs, retail, large venues and casinos.
Besides listing the best integrated projects of 2013/2014, the June/July issue of Commercial Integrator also includes the winners of their 2014 Best Awards. Ranging in everything from software to TV mounts, The Best Awards recognizes superlative solutions for integration businesses. Many of the award winning products are available at Serious Audio Video.
The Commercial Integrator staff teamed up with the editorial staff of the six Tech Decisions websites and a panel of accomplished integrators to judge each entry. The judges were making decisions based on the benefits for the intended user, as well as the innovation demonstrated.
The coverage of S.A.V’s Boa project focused on the unique design, open communication and outside the box thinking that S.A.V customers have come to expect. They also included our dedication to “wow factor” as well as our philosophy that you can only cost more than the competition when your work justifies it.
The June/July issue also includes an article (Inside the Competitive Restaurant & Bar Market) that features an interview with S.A.V. founder, Casey Johnston, and the winner of last year’s Bar/Restaurant/Nightclub Integration Award, Joe Strang of Calgary’s Showcase A/V.
